  • Medication: If you are taking painkillers, then try to take it on a regular basis. If you take painkillers only when the pain increases, it will not help to get a full relief from pain.
  • Physical treatments: some patients prefer to visit a physiotherapist. But experts say that physical treatments provide you with some short term Comfort and it hastens recovery in few cases.

Low back pain sometimes causes a serious pain and creates much problem. But you need not to panic. A proper rest and a few treatments can help you to get relief from this problem.
